Early Motor Club Badges and Medals
We’ve unearthed a small collection of motor, motorcycling and cycling club medals and badges which are for sale in the memorabilia section of the site. Some of these are excellent designs and convey to our generation the sheer dedication and enthusiasm of these pioneering clubs.
A Triumph Lapel Badge with Bonneville Connections
When Bert Ditchfield, my late father-in-law, went into a North London Triumph dealership to pick up his brand new Thunderbird in late 1956 the dealer gave him this tiny lapel badge. The badge commemorates Johnny Allen’s 1956 world speed record run at Bonneville aboard the famous ‘Streamliner’ achieving 214.4mph. Not bad for a Triumph twin engine tuned using over the counted race parts available from any Triumph dealer at the time! This badge is tiny, I’m sure many were lost, I’ve never seen another maybe it’s one of the rarest motorcycle badges of all?
Our latest page is Uncatalogued Parts. Here you will find photographs of trays of unsorted parts that we have yet to add to the website. If anything takes your fancy drop us a line.
“Never be ordinary, better be nothing than that”

UK buyers – postage is usually included in our product prices!
On all products you will see an orange bar, this contains a message about postage. Most of the items you will find on this website have tracked UK postage included in the price. Overseas buyers need to email us for a postage quote, the product price will be adjusted accordingly. For multiple purchases we’ll talk about an overall cost to include delivery.
Overseas buyers – how to order
It’s very difficult to make the website accurately judge a reasonable postage cost for overseas, especially as each item is unique. Let me know what you would like to order, I’ll weigh the items at the Post Office and give you a tracked and untracked postage cost to your country. If you wish to proceed I will send you a PayPal invoice and you simply pay the amount for the combined cost of parts and postage into my PayPal account.
